% 22.01.2018 The solitary submission made on behalf of the petitioner in the present petition is to the effect that the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi before whom Miscellaneous Applications being IA Nos. 14/2018 and 31/2018, passed in SA No. Nil of 2017, titled as "Rahul Anand vs. Corporation Bank", instituted by him for which notice has been issued to the respondent bank, returnable on 8th February, 2018, be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

The present petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi to dispose of the said Miscellaneous Applications, which are now coming up for hearing on 8th February, 2018, expeditiously and in accordance with law, without granting any unwarranted adjournments to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
