Learned counsel for the parties fairly submits that there are some overlapping issues. They, therefore, submits that the adjudication by the Supreme Court will have some bearing on the instant petitions as well. 3.
The Court, thus, instead of deferring the hearing, dispose of these writ petitions granting liberty to the parties to file fresh petitions, in case, after pronouncement of judgment by the Supreme Court in the pending petition, the cause remains unaddressed.
