% 13.02.2020 On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought some time to file a response to the status report. No response has been filed. The petitioner is appearing in person, states that response has been filed but is lying under objection.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate writ to stop hazardous and dangerous activities in the house No. 4828A & 4855, Darziyan, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi.

The respondent /North DMC has filed two status reports. In the last status report dated 16.09.2019, it was stated that the site was inspected and various steps have been taken which are detailed in the status report. None has appeared for the petitioner. It is manifest that the respondents are taking steps as per law regarding the illegal activities. In view of this respondent will continue to act as per law. The petition stands disposed of.
