None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out. 2.

This Court notes that vide order dated 27th May, 2025, it had been noted as follows:

"1. Ms. Astha Gupta, learned counsel appearing for Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi ("GNCTD"), submits that the present petition has become infructuous.

2. She submits that the vehicle in question has already been scrapped, and that the petitioner has also received the amount for the same. She submits that it is only subsequent thereto, that the present petition has been filed.

3. However, the aforesaid status is disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, let affidavit be filed by the respondents within a period of four weeks.

5. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks, thereafter.

6. List on 23rd September, 2025."

Pursuant to the directions, as contained in the aforesaid order, a short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2. Perusal of the aforesaid affidavit filed on behalf of the Government of NCT of Delhi ("GNCTD"), categorically shows that it is clear stand of the GNCTD that vehicle in question has already been scrapped and payment has also been made to the petitioner on 04th February, 2025. 5.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly, disposed of.
