After making some submissions, counsel for the Applicant, states that he would like to withdraw the present application and apply before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

It is, however, clarified that in case such an application is filed before the Trial Court, the Applicant must either demonstrate material change in circumstances or urge such grounds which were not addressed on the previous occasion. Such an application shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
