By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-01, Mahila Court, North, Rohini, Delhi to dispose of the Complaint Case No.623/2024 within a period of 30 days.

Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC appearing for the States accepts notice.

Learned ASC submits that the present petition is, per se, not maintainable.

Needless to mention, the learned counsel for the parties shall also co-operate with the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-01, Mahila Court, North, Rohini, Delhi by not taking undue and/ or unnecessary adjournments.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of.
