The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C./528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- a) Permit the Applicant to withdraw the present bail application bearing Bail Application no. 1086/2025 with liberty to file before the trial court; and b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
