The Petitioner has retired from the services of the Respondents as Manager (Technical) upon attaining the age of superannuation. It is stated that, consequent to his retirement, certain retiral dues, as detailed in paragraph 2.20 of the petition, have been paid; however, the following dues remain outstanding:
"TABLE A S. No. Retiral Dues Amount 1.
Leave Encashment Rs. 20,50,298/- 2.
Gratuity Rs. 20,00,000/- 3.
Communication Amount Rs. 22,66,166/- 4.
Total Amount Due Rs. 63,16,464/-"

May, 2025 and 10th July, 2025, however, no action has been taken thereon. 3.
Considering that the said representations remain pending decision, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Respondents to consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from today. 4.
In the event the aforesaid dues are found payable, the Respondents shall release the same in favour of the Petitioner. If, however, the dues are not found payable, a reasoned and speaking order shall be passed within the aforesaid timeline.

In case such order is adverse to the Petitioner, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application.
