Learned standing counsel for the respondent submits, on instructions, that pursuant to the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by the Learned Family Court in GP No. 109/2022 titled as "Deepak Relhan vs. Neha", there has been no re-issuance/renewal of passport of Miss Gauri Relhan (minor daughter of the petitioner).

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant does not wish to press the present application. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
