The present appeal is filed under Section 19(1)(a) of the Contempt of Court Act seeking to set aside the impugned order dated 27th February, 2025 by which the ld. Single Judge of this Court has held the Appellant guilty of contempt of Court. However, the Court is yet to pass an order on sentence in this matter and has directed the Appellant to be present in Court tomorrow i.e., 19th March, 2025.

Considering the fact that the sentence is yet to be passed, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present appeal, as the same is premature. 5.
