The present petition under Articles 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Appropriate orders/directions, directing the respondents to appear in person before this Hon'ble Court to explain their conduct in not complying with the order/directions given in the judgment dated 10.12.2024 passed in the W.P.(C) No.17090/2024 and thereafter take suitable action against them.

(b) Appropriate orders/ directions directing the respondents to pay the costs of this petition to the petitioner.

(c) Such other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice." 3.

learned Single Judge of this Court had passed the following directions:- "12. For all the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is allowed directing Respondents to convene a DPC for promotion to the post of Vice Principal in the School as expeditiously as possible and not later than 03 months from today. Needless to state that if the Petitioner has any surviving grievance, he will be at liberty to take recourse to legal remedies available to him."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner confirms the same, and in view of the aforesaid, does not wish to press the present petition. 6.
