Mr. Nikhilesh Krishnan accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made in the petition for extension of time.

The record shows that the learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 16.09.2017.

The record also shows that on 10.08.2018, parties mutually agreed to extension of time by another six months beyond the statutory period of 12 months.

I am informed by counsel for the parties that matter is at the stage of evidence.

Counsel for the parties pray that time be extended by another six months.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to grant the prayer made in the petition. 10.

Time is, accordingly, extended by a further period of six months. 11.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.
