% 06.04.2026 By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 247/2021 dated 29.05.2021, registered at Police Station Seemapuri, District Shahdara, for offence under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. After some arguments, Mr. Hemant Gulati, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application unconditionally.

The present bail application, alongwith the accompanying application, is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
