A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing Respondent No.1 to provide necessary directions to the Petitioner and to direct private Respondent not to interfere in the personal affairs. 2.

Vide Order dated 18.03.2025 necessary directions have already been issued to the concerned SHO to provide his mobile number as well as of the Beat Constable and to ensure that nothing untoward happens to the Petitioner.

No further directions are warranted.
