The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to take action against the unauthorized construction in property bearing No.4004, Street No.3, Bagichi Ram Chander, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi - 110055. Photographs have been filed along with the petition showing the construction.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-MCD submits that the subject property has been inspected and unauthorized construction has been found therein.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while giving a direction to respondent-MCD to take action in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
