The instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for the production of the petitioner's daughter.

Vide order dated 18th March, 2025, this Court had directed the State to bring the petitioner's daughter before this court on the next date of hearing. 3.

In terms of the aforesaid order, Ms. Khushboo Mavi appeared before this Court along with her husband i.e., Mr. Abhishek and stated that she got married with Mr. Abhishek on 19th December, 2024. 4.

On the query made by this Court, petitioner's daughter has categorically stated that she is living happily with her husband in his house. She further submitted that she is not interested in living with her parents. 5.

During the arguments, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State placed the Status Report and the same has been taken on record. 6.

It is submitted that the petitioner's daughter has already filed an application before the DCP, Faridabad, Haryana for protection from her parents.

Considering the above said circumstances and the fact that the petitioner's daughter is present before this Court, as sought in the prayer made in the instant petition, this Court is satisfied that nothing remains for further adjudication in the instant matter.

Accordingly, the instant petition along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
