% 22.01.2018 Respondent No. 2 Ms. Sonia is present in court and has been identified by ASI Satya Pal of PS Rajouri Garden. Respondent No. 2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioner No. 1 of her own free will and without undue force, pressure and coercion. Respondent No. 2 says that her marriage with petitioner No. 1 has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce dated 15.01.2018 passed by the Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Respondent No. 2 says that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent No. 2 is also on record at pages 13 to 14. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 2, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR No. 627/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden and the consequent proceedings against the

petitioners are quashed.
