Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition was initiated by him under the bona fide belief of the same being maintainable, however, he submits that he shall now be taking appropriate action in accordance with law by filing a revision petition against the impugned order dated 29.01.2026 before the learned Trial Court. 2.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seeks appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Needless to mention, the petitioner, under the factual matrix involved as also the legal position arising therefrom, shall be given due benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
