By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No.200/2019 dated 13.03.2019 registered at PS.: Bindapur, District Dwarka under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh as also challenging the order dated 07.03.2026 issued by the learned Trial Court, allowing the belated charge-sheet to be filed by the Investigating Officer.
