In the meantime, considering the medical condition of the applicant and the fact that the interim bail granted to the applicant, was extended till today vide order dated 18.03.2024, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail of the applicant till 27.03.2024, on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 28.02.2024, passed by this Court. 4.

The applicant will surrender on 27.03.2024.
