Learned counsel for petitioner has taken this Court through the first order sheet 02.12.2025; as also through the order dated 07.02.2026 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, by virtue whereof the petitioner's application seeking interim maintenance under Section 144 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been dismissed.
