% 11.03.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 22.03.2024 for issuance of Letters of Administration after completing all the formalities as per law.

Mr. Manish Kumar, Sr. Asstt. Sub-Registrar VI A Pitampura, Sector-16 Rohini, Delhi is present in Court and handed over the ownership report of the properties bearing no. 46-A, MIG, Ground Floor, AD Block, Pitampura Delhi-110088 and for property no. 2 i.e. 39-C, Second Floor, MIG Flat, ED Block, Pitampura, Delhi-110034. The same is perused and taken on record. Report is accepted. Original sale deed of properties furnished as security bearing no. 46-A, MIG, Ground Floor, AD Block, Pitampura Delhi-110088 and for property no. 2 i.e. 39-C, Second Floor, MIG Flat, ED Block, Pitampura, Delhi-110034 have been handed over across the board. The same are taken on record and accepted. Registry is directed to keep the same in safe custody till further orders. The Deputy Registrar concerned is directed to send a communication to the concerned Sub-Registrar and SDM through physical mode as well through electronic mode that the aforesaid properties of surety has been furnished as security in this case and necessary entry be made in their records and to obtain a compliance report to the said effect forthwith.

Vide judgment dated 22.03.2024 the Hon'ble Court has granted Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner no. 1. In compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court, the petitioner no. 1 has deposited requisite Court Fee, surety bond and Administrative Bond. Separate statement of P-1 i.e. Ms. Pooja Jain is recorded today regarding the Administrative-cum-surety bond. Administrative-cumsurety bond is Ex. P-1 and copy of Aadhar Card is Ex. P-2(OSR). Administrative-cum-surety bond is found in order and the same is accepted.

Separate statement of surety i.e. Mr. Subhash Chand Jain is recorded today regarding the Administrative-cum-surety bond. Copy of Aadhar Card is Ex. S-1(OSR). Surety bond is found in order and the same is accepted.

Accordingly, the Registry shall take steps for issuance of Letters of Administration in favour of P-1 in terms of judgment of the Hon'ble Court dated 22.03.2024.
