% 13.03.2020 This petition is for quashing of the FIR No.115/2018 registered at P.S. Rajouri Garden, under Section 279/337 of IPC. It is submitted the FIR was registered due to the differences between the complainant and the accused and now such disputes have since been settled between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 19.02.2020 and a compensation of Rs.30,000/- has been paid by the petitioner to respondent no.2 in full and final settlement of all her claims. In the circumstances, the petition stands disposed of, FIR No.115/2018 registered at P.S. Rajouri Garden, under Section 279/337 of IPC stands quashed along with proceedings emanating therefrom. Pending application(s) if any, also stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
