% 01.02.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for parties submit that the part of cause of action arose at plaintiff's office located at Burari which falls under the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District Central, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 09.05.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
