The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred impugning the order dated 23.08.2023 and order dated 27.01.2024 passed the learned Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi in HMA No. 1281/2022 whereby vide order dated 23.08.2024, the right of the petitioner to file written statement was closed and vide order dated 27.01.2024, the right of the petitioner to cross examine the witnesses of the respondent has been closed. 4.
After addressing some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
