BAIL APPLN.116/2016 This is application under Section 438 of Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 681/2015 under Sections 498A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jaitpur, New Delhi.

The petitioner has earlier moved a similar application which was dismissed by learned Additional Sessions Judge with direction to the Investigating Officer to comply with the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and seek permission to arrest the petitioner. It is informed that now the permission has been obtained to arrest the petitioner and admittedly no such application thereafter was moved before the learned Additional Sessions Judge by the petitioner.

As such, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Additional Sessions Judge first for necessary relief.

The application stands disposed of in terms of this order. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master to counsel for the petitioner.
