He seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to his challenge to the letter dated 03.02.2015 issued by the CSIR, which is the subject matter of WP(C) 1415/2015.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid circumstances. The interim order stands vacated.
