It is informed that the Appellant has been released from jail on 01.09.2025 and was handed over to police officials of P.S. Shalimar Bagh for deportation to his country through F.R.R.O. The Appellant states that since he has completed his entire sentence, and having understood the consequences, he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. 2.
