% 26.02.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction being raised by respondents No.4 and 5 on the Plot bearing No.6 (Pvt. Plot No.B-6), Saroopa Mohalla, Village Ghari Jharia Maria, New Delhi. Learned counsel for respondent No.1/SDMC who enters appearance on advance copy of the writ petition submits that action is being taken against the said property. Work stop notice has already been issued on 24.01.2020. The said property has also been booked accordingly. Respondent No.1/SDMC will continue to take action against the said property as per law.

The concerned SHO of the area will ensure that no unauthorised construction is carried out in pursuance to the Work Stop notice dated 24.01.2020.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the court master.
