% 28.02.2020 Petitioners are seeking a direction to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to provide them protection from respondent nos. 4 to 6.

Status report filed. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that petitioners are residing at S-1, B-165, Vikram Extension, Shalimar Garden, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that at present petitioners are residing at the Ghaziabad address but they intend to live in Delhi at the address mentioned in the petition i.e. R/o 2/9, Block-112, Type-I Quarters, LHMC, Bangla Sahib Road, New Delhi.

Heard. Allowed.

Let necessary protection be granted to the petitioners while they are residing at the Delhi address. Let Mobile number of Beat Constable as well as the Division Officer be provided to the petitioners immediately so that in case of an exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials.
