The present petition under Section 2(b)/10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "In view of the above it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to summon the aforesaid Respondent and punish him in accordance with law by initiating appropriate actions under the provisions of the Contempt of courts Act for willful disobedience and interference in the administration of justice by flouting the order dated 23.09.2023 passed by the Ld. MM. North East District Karkardooma Courts in Case No. 1228 of 2021.

Pass such other and further orders as are deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and seeks to leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
