% 17.01.2017 Crl. M.A. no. 859/2017 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. BAIL APPLN. No. 81/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the incident petitioner no. 2 had also sustained the injuries as he was beaten by the complainant party inasmuch as a cross FIR has been registered on the complaint of petitioner no.1. It is submitted that complainant has lodged the FIR after one day of the incident. Injured has already been discharged. On the instructions of the Investigating Officer, learned APP has admitted that

cross FIRs have been registered. It is submitted that complainant as well as wife of petitioner no.2 had given the complaints on the same day. Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing personal bond(s) in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
