Ms. Apurva Nagpal, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner's grievance has been resolved, as the transformers which were installed in the basement underneath Flat No. 3, 31 Prithviraj Road, New Delhi have been replaced by a new model of transformers which are less noisy.

In view of the aforesaid, Ms. Nagpal seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. However, she is apprehensive of her remedies in the event the problem reoccurs in future. In such a situation, she is at liberty to make a representation to the concerned officer of the New Delhi Municipal Council and also to approach the Court afresh. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
