None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner when the case is called for hearing at 5.15 pm after many calls since morning. 2.
The present petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondents to ensure Jan Subidha (Toilet Complex) in the J.J. Cluster of the petitioner situated in Priyadarshani, J.J. Colony, Pul Qutab Road, Sadar Bazar, Delhi. 3.
The petitioner has made the following prayers: i. PETITIONER SITUATED IN PRIYADARSHANI J.J. COLONY, PUL QUTAB ROAD, SADAR BAZAR, DELHI-110006 by allowing the instant writ petition of the petitioner. ii. Pass any other or further order/direction/relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper be passed in favour of the petitioner, as facts and circumstances who meets in the interest of justice.

Mr. Ajay Vikram Singh, Advocate for the respondent no. 1/DUSIB stated that the present petition has become infructuous and referred the Status Report dated 29.04.2024, wherein it is stated that the work for the construction of 35 seater Prebab Jan Suvidha Complex and tubewell bore at JJ Basti Priyadarshini Colony, Qutub Road was awarded vide Acceptance letter dated 02.01.2024 to the agency M/s Sh. Naresh Kumar Gupta and Commencement letter dated 06.01.2024 was also issued. The work was to be completed by the agency before 22.04.2024 and actually it has already been completed.

Accordingly, the present petition has become infructuous as the relief claimed in the petition is already satisfied. 6.
As per the Status Report dated 29.04.2024, the construction of 35 seater Prebab Jan Suvidha Complex and tubewell bore at JJ Basti Priyadarshini Colony, Qutub Road has already been completed. 7.
As such no relief as claimed in the present petition suffers. 8.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of alongwith pending applications being infructuous.
