The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.247/2019 dated 21.11.2019, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, for offences under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'). 2.

It is pointed out that the State had filed a closure report in the present FIR, which has since been accepted by the learned Trial Court.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that since the parties have settled their dispute, the said respondents have accepted the closure report. Since the dispute has been put to rest by the learned Trial Court and the Police also did not find commission of any offence which led to filing of the closure report, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 5.
