W. P. (Crl.) 716/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of the order dated 24.09.2017 recorded before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the third clause of the agreed terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between the parties and submits that the petitioners have settled all claims of the respondent No. 2 as well as maintenance of their daughter Rafiya, which fact is disputed by the respondent No. 2, who claims that maintenance of daughter has not been fixed/settled. In these circumstances, let the parties to appear before the concerned Mediation Center on 18.03.2019 at 2:00 p.m. and report to this Court on 25.03.2019.
