% 24.01.2017 It is submitted that petitioner (accused) and respondent (complainant) have settled their disputes amicably vide compromise deed dated 7th January, 2017 (Annexure A). It is prayed that FIR be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Rampal PS Rajouri Garden. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. He submits that FIR may be quashed in view of settlement. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2 at the investigation stage itself, in the interest of justice, FIR

No.934/2016 under Sections 380/342 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
