The petitioner's grievances in this writ petition are with regard to his termination from the services of the respondent No. 2 - Yes Bank Limited. Although Reserve Bank of India has been impleaded as respondent No. 1 in the petition, and a prayer has also been added seeking investigation into the actions of Yes Bank Limited and its officials, the primary relief is evidently against the private bank. 2.

As far as service matters are concerned, in a case involving the very same bank, this Court has held that the Bank is neither a State nor an instrumentality of the State and the disputes are therefore not amenable to adjudication in the writ jurisdiction [Judgment dated 23.02.2024, in W.P.(C) 1413/2024: Bhupendra Dwivedi vs. Yes Bank Ltd]. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take such W.P.(C) 3310/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
