Learned counsel for the parties inform that the premises have been handed over to the Respondent.

Learned counsel submits that respondent has got to know that BSES electricity bill has still not been cleared. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a cheque in the sum of Rs.19,120/- has already been issued to BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. towards the payment of the bill and she undertakes that it would be the responsibility of the petitioner to clear the pending bill, if any, till the date of vacation of the premises.

The undertaking is accepted.

In view of the handing over of the possession of the Tenanted Premises to the Respondent, nothing survives in the present petition. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
