% 11.03.2019 At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner points out that petitioner's bail application has been rejected by the court below while observing that knife has been used in the alleged robbery, whereas as per the disclosure statement of main accused, there is no whisper of knife in it. It is also pointed out that main accused has been released on bail. If it is so, let petitioner apply for fresh bail before the court below. Accordingly the above captioned applications are disposed of, with liberty to petitioner to seek bail afresh from the court below. Dasti.
