The present Appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 and Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 19561against the Order dated 23.02.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 1509/2022, whereby the application of the Respondent-Wife filed under Section 24 of the HMA was allowed.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 3.
