BAIL APPLN. 556/2020 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail on the ground of marriage of his brother which is to take place on 28.02.2020.

Status report has been filed on behalf of the State. The factum of marriage of the brother of the petitioner has been verified. In the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of one week from the date of his release on furnishing of personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- along with one

surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and subject to the condition that he shall not indulge in any illegal activities. He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the period of bail.

At the time of surrender petitioner is directed to file photographs of marriage with the Jail Superintendent. A copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for compliance.

A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
