The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following reliefs:

"Issue a writ of mandamus and direct the Respondent No.2 to issue a comprehensive order of shifting of the premises that consolidates previous orders dated 22.02.2016 and 04.10.2022, along with corrigendum dated 03.08.2023 explicitly mentioning that the shifting has been approved "from rented premises to self-owned permanent premises"

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners has submitted a representation dated 05.03.2025 requesting the respondent/WRC to issue a comprehensive shifting The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order that consolidates previous orders dated 22.02.2016 and 04.10.2022, as well as the Corrigendum dated 03.08.2023.

Mr. Sharawat submits that the request contained in the representation dated 05.03.2025 reads thus:

"Therefore, we kindly request the WRC to issue a comprehensive shifting order that consolidates previous orders dated 22.02.2016 and 04.10.2022, along with the corrigendum dated 03.08.2023. This new order should explicitly state that the shifting has been approved "from rented premises to self-owned permanent premises." This clarification will greatly assist in the smooth functioning of our institution."

In view of the above, issue notice.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents accepts notice and submits that respondents have no objection in case directions are given to treat the present writ petition as a representation. 6.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation and the same may be disposed of by the respondents within a period of four weeks from today. The respondents shall be at liberty to call for any other document, if necessary, from the present petitioners.
