This is a petition filed under section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the arbitration proceedings and make the award in proceedings titled as "Druck Media Pvt. Ltd. vs. Ahlers India Pvt. Ltd." for a period of 1 year.

Since the petitioner's contract was with the Ministry of Education, Ethiopia, there has been a delay.

Issue notice. Ms. Vashisht, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the extension. 4.

The petition is allowed and disposed of.
