This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under an Authorised Dealer Agreement dated 20.02.2018. 2.

The learned Arbitrator was appointed pursuant to an order dated 22.03.2022, passed by this Court in ARB.P. 352/2022. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator was extended by a period of six months from 29.09.2023 by mutual consent of the parties till 28.03.2024. 3.

Mr. Rahul Malhotra, learned counsel, appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondent, and states that the respondent has no objection O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 228/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
