The Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 151 CPC, 1908, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator for a period of eight months from 01.12.2023, when it has expired. 4.

Learned counsel on behalf of the respondents has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator. 5.

In view of the submissions made, the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator stands extended by eight months w.e.f. 01.12.2023. 6.

The Petition stands disposed of.
