This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining of illegal and unauthorized construction in adjoining property.

In order to establish bonafide of the petitioner, by an order dated 19th February, 2018, we had called upon the petitioner to file an affidavit disclosing full details of the properties owned by him and also stating the legalities of the constructions raised thereon. 3.

The SDMC was required to file a status report after conducting a physical inspection of the property occupied by the petitioner.

This order has not been complied with. The writ petitioner has not cared to appear before court on 19th February, 2018 and 19th March, 2018. He is also not present today. It clearly shows that writ petitioner is not interested in prosecution of the writ petition, which is dismissed in default for appearance.
