This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a. issue a writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ or order quashing the impugned Withdrawal Order dated 16.05.2025 issued by WRC; and/or b. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order directing respondent No.2 to issue order of restoration of recognition of PTC (D.EL.ED) course; and/or c. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order or direction to respondents to display the name of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioner institution in the list/category of recognised institutions for conducting PTC (D.EL.ED) course on their website and to inform Affiliating Body as well as department of higher education, Government of Gujarat communicating restoration order and recognition status of petitioner institution for conducting PTC (D.EL.ED) course and enabling participation in the counselling & admission process for the academic year 2026-27; and/or..." 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsels for the respective parties are ad idem that case of the petitioners are covered on all four corners by judgment of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being W.P.(C) 5369/2025, delivered on 15.12.2025.

Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed holding that the directions passed by this Court in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in judgment dated 15.12.2025 will apply to the case of the petitioners, including the direction to permit the petitioners to participate in the counselling for academic session 2026-2027.

The respondents shall ensure that the petitioner is permitted to participate in the counselling for academic session 2026-27. 7.
