On the last date of hearing, statement of counsel for the respondent no.1/MCD has been recorded that the property in question has already been booked.

In the affidavit filed on behalf of the private respondent no.10, it has been stated that pursuant to order passed on 12th March, 2026 in RFA No.606/2025, this Court has ordered that status quo be maintained in respect of the subject land bearing Khasra No. 624, situated in village Kishan Garh, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi. Accordingly, no construction is being carried out in the said property.

In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD that the subject land has been booked, the respondent no.1/MCD shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. The writ petition along with pending application(s) stands disposed of. 4.

All rights and contentions of the private respondent no.10 are kept open.
