This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a writ of certiorari and quash the office orders dated 16.01.2026 and 27.02.2026 issued by the Respondent as the same are violative of the fundamental rights of the Petitioner No.2 and the members of the Petitioner No.1 guaranteed under Article 19 (1) (g) of Constitution of India and the law declared by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in K.S Puttaswamy vs U.O.I [(2019) 1 SCC 1];..."

The case of the petitioner is that the impugned orders requiring the documents of the instructors of the petitioners are violative of the fundamental rights of the members of petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in K.S Puttaswamy vs U.O.I, (2019) 1 SCC 1 .

Mr. Beriwal, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 has handed over an addendum dated 09.04.2026, wherein the above circulars have been clarified/ modified.

After reading the addendum, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied and consequently, the petition has become infructuous.

Needless to add, if there is any violation of the rights of the petitioners, the petitioners shall be at liberty to invoke appropriate legal action, including assailing of the addendum dated 09.04.2026. 6.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 7.
